About The Position

As an Asset & Wealth Management Tax Manager, you will play a pivotal role in guiding clients through complex tax regulations, helping them optimize their tax positions while confirming compliance. Within our Tax practice, you will focus on validating clients' adherence to tax laws, analyzing financial data, preparing and filing tax returns, and assisting businesses in meeting their tax obligations while minimizing risks of non-compliance. As a Manager, you will enhance your leadership style by motivating, developing, and inspiring your team to deliver quality results. You will be responsible for coaching and leveraging team members' unique strengths to meet client expectations. You are expected to lead with integrity and authenticity, articulating our purpose and values meaningfully. Embracing technology and innovation, you will enhance your delivery and encourage others to do the same. In this role, you will take ownership of projects, confirming their successful planning, budgeting, execution, and completion. Requirements

At least a Bachelor's degree
At least 4 years of experience
At least one of the following: Certified Public Accountant, Member of the Bar or other tax, technology, or finance-specific credentials may qualify for this opportunity

Responsibilities

Leading tax compliance workstreams and managing client expectations effectively
Guiding teams in the preparation and filing of tax returns to meet regulatory requirements
Utilizing analytical thinking to review and analyze financial data for tax compliance
Developing and implementing strategies to optimize clients' tax positions while minimizing risks
Building and maintaining relationships with clients to provide strategic tax planning advice
Overseeing the drafting and submission of regulatory tax documents

Monitoring and analyzing financial trends to identify opportunities for tax savings
Coaching and mentoring team members to enhance their skills and performance
