About The Position

As the leader of Anthropic’s Enterprise Asset & Wealth Management sales organization, you will build and lead a team bringing AI to asset managers, wealth managers, and private markets firms. You will own a broad portfolio of major institutions at varying stages of AI adoption, lead Account Executives, design the coverage and territory model, and develop repeatable AWM-specific sales plays that support scaled adoption across research, portfolio and client operations, advisor productivity, and compliance and supervision. The role involves technical, multi-stakeholder selling across platform decisions, model governance, security, procurement, and solutions built with Claude through its API, Claude for Enterprise, Claude Code, and partner cloud platforms. You will set strategy and operating rhythms while remaining personally engaged with senior executives on priority pursuits. The role offers the opportunity to build an organization and influence how the asset and wealth management industry adopts frontier AI, with safety, trust, and long-term customer outcomes central to the sales approach. Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems that are safe and beneficial for users and society. The company is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. It describes itself as a collaborative organization focused on large-scale research efforts and advancing steerable, trustworthy AI.
