About The Position

Gaming Capital Group, a leading vendor in the gaming industry, is looking for an Asset Verification Coordinator to join our team. The Asset Verification Coordinator will be responsible for accuracy of facility inventory and audits. This position will primarily be responsible for the following. Ensures accurate data is maintained in the organization EGM database. Responsible for processing data for upcoming work orders & updating the EGM database. Conducts facility audits at casinos throughout Oklahoma to verify EGM data Verifies the completion of each game install, conversion, and removal; verifies all associated work order data Works with members of Field Services & Project Coordinator teams to ensure EGM's are optioned correctly and addresses any issues identified during verifications. Performs other administrative duties as assigned by Project Management & Technical Compliance Director. This position is not limited to those duties listed in the job description. Duties and responsibilities can be changed, expanded, reduced, or deleted to meet business needs of the company.

Requirements

  • Excellent Microsoft Excel skills
  • Ability to organize, monitor and maintain a high volume of electronic correspondence
  • Ability to communicate effectively and succinctly with various departments including Field Services, Project Coordination, Information Technology and Operations

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in the casino gaming industry is preferred but not required
