Help small businesses recover and keep the equipment they need by driving real outcomes in asset recovery and loss mitigation. The team works cross-functionally with Risk, Legal, Sales, and Vendor Management to ensure strong recovery performance and compliant processes.

Requirements

• 1–3+ years of experience in operations, customer-facing roles, collections, or a related field (or equivalent demonstrated performance in another environment)
• A track record of reliability, strong performance, or growth in previous roles (including service, retail, or early-career positions)
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple workflows and stay organized in a structured environment
• Comfort working with systems, tools, and data (CRM or case management experience is a plus, not required)
• Clear communication skills and ability to work with internal teams and external partners
• A positive, coachable attitude and desire to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment

Nice To Haves

• Experience in asset recovery or repossession environments
• Familiarity with skip tracing tools and techniques
• Demonstrated ability to quickly learn new systems or processes
• Proven track record of taking initiative and improving how things work

Responsibilities

• Coordinate repossession and asset recovery activities with third-party vendors
• Monitor vendor performance against defined service-level expectations
• Perform skip tracing and asset location using internal tools and data sources
• Investigate accounts and transactions to identify discrepancies and resolve issues
• Escalate potential fraud, misrepresentation, or documentation concerns
• Maintain accurate and compliant documentation across systems
