It also includes training managers and associates on operational controls and processes, and investigating violations of company policies and criminal activities, which may involve gathering evidence, taking statements, writing reports, and providing court testimony. Furthermore, the role partners in collaborative efforts with other investigative entities and monitors safety and risk controls within a facility, ensuring an effective safety program, identifying accident trends, and providing training on accident prevention. It manages facility-level training and execution of asset protection, safety, claims, and receiving procedures, identifying gaps and developing/delivering training as needed. The role also manages claims and receiving operations, ensuring proper policies and procedures are followed for timely processing of claims and merchandise deliveries. Finally, it coordinates and oversees job-related activities and assignments by developing relationships with stakeholders, supporting initiatives, identifying goals, building accountability, and demonstrating adaptability and continuous learning. It ensures compliance with company policies and procedures and supports the company mission, values, and standards of ethics and integrity.
