The Asset Protection Associate is responsible for supporting facility security, monitoring access control, and ensuring employee health and safety. Key responsibilities include supporting facility security staff, monitoring and maintaining access control equipment, and implementing relevant health and safety guidelines. The associate will conduct compliance, safety, and food safety audits, create audit reports, and act as an interface for workers' compensation claims. Collaboration with stakeholders, gathering and interpreting data, and suggesting automation opportunities are also crucial. The role involves supporting training programs, explaining processes to contractors, and communicating effectively with team members and business partners. Process improvement, root cause analysis, and environmental protection compliance are integral to this position.
