About The Position

We are looking for a motivated Asset Management Specialist ready to take us to the next level! We are looking for an Asset Management Specialis to support ongoing IT Asset Management operations and multiple State of Good Repair (SOGR) lifecycle initiatives. This position will be a full-time contract role and onsite.

Requirements

  • Experience in IT Asset Management, Inventory Management, or related operational support functions
  • Experience maintaining and auditing asset databases
  • Knowledge of asset lifecycle management processes
  • Experience using ServiceNow or a similar asset management platform
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and data management skills
  • Ability to generate reports and analyze inventory and asset data
  • Strong attention to detail with a focus on data accuracy and consistency
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills
  • Ability to work effectively with technical teams and business stakeholders
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with ServiceNow Asset Management modules
  • Desktop Support experience
  • Logistics, warehouse, or inventory control experience
  • Experience supporting enterprise-scale hardware deployment and recovery initiatives
  • Familiarity with IT hardware standards, procurement, and asset tracking best practices
  • Experience supporting compliance and audit activities

Responsibilities

  • Analyze and maintain IT asset inventory data across multiple locations
  • Validate hardware inventories and reconcile asset records
  • Ensure accuracy and completeness of asset information within ServiceNow
  • Review, document, and improve asset management processes and procedures
  • Research and standardize new hardware device models and part classifications
  • Generate recurring reports to support compliance, audit, and executive reporting requirements
  • Track IT assets throughout their lifecycle from deployment through retirement
  • Coordinate with IT field support teams and end users regarding asset-related activities
  • Support implementation and enhancement of asset management tools, systems, and modules
  • Assist with State of Good Repair (SOGR) lifecycle projects and initiatives
  • Support large-scale computer deployment, refresh, recovery, and inventory programs
  • Monitor adherence to asset management policies and standards
