Rockwell Automation is looking for an Asset Management Coordinator to join our team! We believe we are doing things never before possible. They support pre-sales and post sales customer service functions by assisting customers, company sales and service representatives with questions on equipment returns, repairs, replacements, sales orders and delivery schedules. They also serve as the customer contact on technical and service related questions. Additionally, they audit incoming and outgoing shipments to assure quality and accuracy. In this position, you will interface with Rockwell Automation's customers in which you will report to the Program Manager and be located onsite at a customer's in Neenah, WI.
