Day-to-day responsibilities include asset administration, placing hardware orders, coordinating custom quotes, identifying workflow challenges, managing user entitlements and software deployment, tracking software thresholds, assisting with PC refreshes and decommissioning, queue management, ticket quality control, troubleshooting SCCM packages, tracking shipping notifications, coordinating machine deployments, managing lease returns, communicating with end-users, and tracking budget spend.
