The Asset Management Coordinator will be responsible for solution development, implementation, and consulting, guiding end-users through recommended solutions to address changing business needs. This role involves engaging with the Technology Solution Lead for strategic technology discussions, organizing business requirements discussions with the software solution provider, and developing/maintaining documentation to manage projects to successful implementation. The coordinator will also facilitate user review and acceptance of application configuration and performance, and provide training and user support during delivery activities. Additionally, the role includes vendor management, monitoring and driving vendor performance through ticket and request management, representing the client in best practice discussions, and ensuring accurate contractual support through SLA and KPI management. Day-to-day responsibilities include asset management administration, placing orders through preferred vendors using ERP systems (Workday and JDE), coordinating custom quotes, identifying workflow challenges and coordinating solutions, entitling users and deploying software, tracking and maintaining software thresholds, working with the hardware deployment team for new hires, assisting with PC refresh and decommission processes, managing queues and prioritizing work, performing ticket quality control, tracking specialty software deployment, pushing software from SCCM, troubleshooting imaging issues, tracking advanced shipping notifications, shipping new machines, coordinating lease returns, communicating with end-users, and managing/tracking budget spend for BAU and project-based activities.
