About The Position
Mayvin is seeking an Asset Management Analyst to support the U.S. Marshals Service contract for the Judicial Security Division. The role maintains accurate asset records and inventory tracking systems, identifies trends, resolves discrepancies, and supports informed decision-making. The position is located in Arlington, Virginia, is full-time, and has a day shift. The role requires U.S. citizenship and the ability to undergo and pass a background investigation.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Minimum of 3 years of specialized experience in asset management.
- Ability to interpret, organize, and communicate complex data.
- Knowledge of industry-specific regulations and standards related to inventory and asset management.
- Ability to identify and resolve issues related to inventory and asset management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite 365, including basic Excel functions.
- Must be a U.S. citizen.
- Must be able to undergo and pass a background investigation.

Responsibilities
- Maintain a comprehensive inventory of agency assets, including equipment, property, and other valuable items.
- Plan for asset acquisition, maintenance, and disposal to ensure optimal utilization and longevity.
- Ensure compliance with applicable regulations and standards for asset management.
- Support budgeting and forecasting for asset acquisition, maintenance, and disposal.
- Coordinate maintenance and repairs to ensure assets are in good working order and operating efficiently.
