This role is responsible for the asset management of company assets, including tracking, maintenance, and lifecycle management. The Asset Coordinator will manage the acquisition, disposal, and transfer of assets, ensuring compliance and proper documentation. They will schedule and coordinate maintenance, repairs, and replacements to maximize uptime and extend asset life, and will also conduct some repairs and maintenance, as well as technical reviews and preventive maintenance assessments. Collaboration with accounting and upper management on cost-effective acquisitions and long-term planning is expected. The role ensures all assets comply with industry standards, manufacturer guidelines, and regulatory requirements, and involves tracking and analyzing asset performance. Recommendations for improvements to reduce risk, optimize asset use, and lower operational costs are also part of the responsibilities. Other duties as assigned.
