About The Position

All Ways Caring Homecare is seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to deliver exceptional nursing care to clients in their homes. The RN will supervise and direct caregivers, administer medications, conduct assessments, and develop individualized care plans. This role involves collaborating with physicians, families, and the healthcare team to ensure coordinated, person-centered care and maintain the highest standards of practice. Requirements

  • Degree in Nursing from an accredited school.
  • One or more years of nursing experience in acute care, community health, or home-based settings.
  • Current and unrestricted license in the state of the operation.
  • CPR professional certification.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills enabling you to build trusting relationships with clients, families, caregivers, physicians, and team members.
  • Ability to thrive in autonomous practice with strong clinical judgment, unwavering integrity, and commitment to protecting client privacy while delivering personalized care in diverse home environments.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver skilled nursing care and evidence-based treatments tailored to each client's unique needs and physician-ordered plans of care.
  • Maintain comprehensive, accurate documentation and foster clear communication with physicians and families to ensure coordinated, person-centered care.
  • Administer and closely monitor medications and therapeutic interventions, ensuring optimal client outcomes and safety.
  • Conduct comprehensive nursing assessments to establish individualized plans of care.
  • Maintain the highest standards of practice by consistently adhering to operational, state, and regulatory requirements.
  • Complete supervisory visits based on compliance and regulations to include review of plan of care, caregiver competency assessment, and completion of required documentation.
  • Provide compassionate, holistic nursing support that empowers clients to maintain independence and quality of life in their home environment.
  • Collaborate with nursing leadership and branch management to develop innovative solutions that address complex health needs and improve client outcomes.
  • Actively participate in staff meetings, continuing education, and professional development opportunities to stay current with best practices in homecare nursing.
  • Ensure compliance with physician’s verbal orders and medical reports.
