About The Position

All Ways Caring HomeCare is seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to deliver high-quality nursing care to clients in their homes. The RN will supervise and direct caregivers, ensuring adherence to physician-ordered plans of care. Responsibilities include administering medications, conducting assessments, maintaining accurate documentation, and ensuring compliance with all state and regulatory requirements. Requirements

  • Degree in Nursing from an accredited school.
  • One or more years of nursing experience in acute care, community health, or home-based settings.
  • Current and unrestricted license in the state of operation.
  • CPR professional certification.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to thrive in autonomous practice with strong clinical judgment, integrity, and commitment to client privacy.
  • Ability to deliver personalized care in diverse home environments.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver skilled nursing care and evidence-based treatments tailored to each client's unique needs and physician-ordered plans of care.
  • Maintain comprehensive, accurate documentation and foster clear communication with physicians and families to ensure coordinated, person-centered care.
  • Administer and monitor medications and therapeutic interventions, ensuring optimal client outcomes and safety.
  • Conduct comprehensive nursing assessments to establish individualized plans of care.
  • Adhere to operational, state, and regulatory requirements.
  • Complete supervisory visits, including review of the plan of care, caregiver competency assessment, and required documentation.
  • Provide compassionate, holistic nursing support that empowers clients to maintain independence and quality of life in their home environment.
  • Collaborate with nursing leadership and branch management to develop solutions for complex health needs and improve client outcomes.
  • Participate in staff meetings, continuing education, and professional development opportunities.
  • Ensure compliance with physician’s verbal orders and medical reports.
