About The Position

All Ways Caring Homecare is seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to deliver high-quality nursing care to clients in their homes. The RN will supervise and direct caregivers, ensuring adherence to physician-ordered plans of care. This role involves both clinical and administrative responsibilities, focusing on providing person-centered care, maintaining accurate documentation, and collaborating with healthcare professionals to achieve optimal client outcomes. The position emphasizes empowering clients to maintain independence and quality of life while adhering to all regulatory requirements.

Requirements

  • Degree in Nursing from an accredited school.
  • One or more years of nursing experience in acute care, community health, or home-based settings.
  • Current and unrestricted license in the state of operation.
  • CPR professional certification.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to build trusting relationships with clients, families, caregivers, physicians, and team members.
  • Ability to thrive in autonomous practice with strong clinical judgment.
  • Commitment to protecting client privacy.
  • Ability to deliver personalized care in diverse home environments.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver skilled nursing care and evidence-based treatments tailored to each client's unique needs and physician-ordered plans of care.
  • Maintain comprehensive, accurate documentation and foster clear communication with physicians and families to ensure coordinated, person-centered care.
  • Administer and monitor medications and therapeutic interventions, ensuring optimal client outcomes and safety.
  • Conduct comprehensive nursing assessments to establish individualized plans of care.
  • Adhere to operational, state, and regulatory requirements to maintain the highest standards of practice.
  • Complete supervisory visits, including reviewing the plan of care, assessing caregiver competency, and completing required documentation.
  • Provide compassionate, holistic nursing support to empower clients to maintain independence and quality of life in their home environment.
  • Collaborate with nursing leadership and branch management to develop solutions for complex health needs and improve client outcomes.
  • Participate in staff meetings, continuing education, and professional development opportunities.
  • Ensure compliance with physician’s verbal orders and medical reports.
