The therapist will ensure all documentation for consent to treat and guardianship is completed, conduct mental health assessments to determine diagnosis and medical necessity, and communicate effectively with various stakeholders. Responsibilities also include preparing and maintaining admission-related documentation, ensuring compliance with funding source requirements, and providing clinical and case management services. Collaboration with other specialists will facilitate a timely and accurate intake process, ensuring client satisfaction. The role also involves returning communications, creating a positive work environment, completing assigned tasks, and potentially maintaining a small caseload or assisting colleagues.
