About The Position

Come join a vibrant, interdisciplinary team dedicated to meeting the complex needs of adults living with serious mental illness in the Bridgton area. We are seeking a collaborative, engaging, and motivated Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) Team Lead with active clinical licensure. This full‑time, year‑round salaried role provides both administrative and clinical leadership for the ACT team.

Requirements

  • Master's degree from an accredited institution
  • Active clinical licensure
  • Current Maine driver's license and a clean driving record
  • Maintain all required licenses and certifications throughout employment

Nice To Haves

  • Clinical licensure as an LCSW or LCPC
  • Conditional licensure with demonstrated leadership abilities and prior experience working with individuals with serious mental illness
  • Experience supporting individuals with Substance Use Disorders

Responsibilities

  • Oversees daily operations
  • Supports and supervises staff
  • Delivers individual, group, and family counseling for people with psychotic disorders and other serious mental illnesses across community, home, and office-based settings
