About The Position

This role involves working in a cleanroom environment to produce products using hand tools, microscopes, and other manufacturing equipment. The position requires adherence to detailed documented procedures, policies, and drawings to ensure accuracy and quality. The assembler will perform visual checks, identify and correct non-conforming parts, and meet manufacturing output requirements while maintaining high-quality standards. The role also requires the ability to work independently and as part of a team with minimal supervision, demonstrating strong problem-solving, analytical, adaptability, and flexibility skills. Good computer skills, including Microsoft Office, data entry, and email, are essential.

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• HS Diploma/GED and 4 years' experience.
• Ability to sit and/or stand for extended periods of time.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to read drawings/blueprints/work instructions.
• Good hand/eye coordination.
• Close attention to detail and quality.
• Ability to perform basic functions on a PC/Microsoft Office.
• Good communication skills.
• Teamwork oriented.
• Ability to work with little or no supervision if required.
• Ability to make quality decisions quickly.
• Patience.

Nice To Haves

• Experience handling small products/microchips.

Responsibilities

• Work in a cleanroom environment and adhere to cleanroom protocols.
• Use hand tools, microscopes, and other manufacturing equipment to produce products using detailed documented procedures.
• Follow all policies, procedures, and drawings for accuracy and quality.
• Perform visual checks of product to assure quality.
• Identify and correct non-conforming parts following documented procedures.
• Meet manufacturing output requirements while producing high quality products.
• Ability to work alone and with others in a team environment under minimal supervision to accomplish department goals.
• Must have strong problem solving, analytical skills, adaptability, and flexibility.
• Must have good computer skills (Microsoft Office, data entry, email).
