About The Position

Alstar Group of Companies Ltd. is seeking an experienced Assembly/Yard Crew Foreman who is driven, passionate about their work, and excels in leading large teams in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will ensure project timelines and quality standards are met while maintaining a strong focus on safety and efficiency.

Requirements

• 3+ years of leadership experience preferred
• Strong problem-solving skills with a hands-on leadership style
• Excellent communicator who leads by example
• Organize and supervise up to 10 employees
• Ensure safety, quality, and compliance with training requirements
• Manage daily operations, task assignments, and equipment checks
• Oversee material loading, scheduling, and documentation
• Drive continuous improvement and meet customer expectations

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate a team of 10+ people
• Oversee daily workflow and ensure efficient project progress
• Communicate effectively with management, crew, and other departments
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe environment
• Competent with reading Isometrics, P&IDS, and LDT’S
• Cultivate a positive work environment that boosts morale
