About The Position

Balanced Body is seeking an organized, detail-oriented individual to join their Assembly team. This role involves assembling wood, metal, and fabric components and offers the opportunity to learn industrial-level skills. Balanced Body is a growing, environmentally sensitive company that leads the world in providing Pilates equipment and education. The Assembly team is crucial to the company's success, ensuring on-time production and shipping for customers.

Requirements

Working knowledge of safe assembly techniques and tooling.
Experience with tools including: air powered staple guns, grinders and battery power drills.
Skills will include: wood working, sub-assembly and mechanical assembly.
Good verbal communication skills.
Able to adapt to changing needs and priorities.
Able to sit, stand, reach and carry as needed for a full shift (8-hours).
Must be able to lift, carry up to a maximum of 50 lbs.
Must be self-motivated and have a positive, solution-seeking attitude.
Able to commit to a consistent work schedule with good attendance.

Nice To Haves

Industrial-level experience preferred but willing to train a motivated individual.

Responsibilities

Performing woodworking, sub-assembly, and mechanical assembly.
