About The Position
We are currently hiring Automotive Assembly Associates to join a growing manufacturing team in Sterling Heights. This position involves assembling automotive components in a fast-paced production environment. Requirements
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to lift, bend, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- Reliable transportation and good attendance
Nice To Haves
- Previous assembly or manufacturing experience is a plus but not required
Responsibilities
- Assemble automotive parts and components according to work instructions
- Install clips, bolts, fasteners, wiring, and other components
- Inspect parts to ensure quality standards are met
- Use basic hand and power tools as needed
- Follow production schedules and meet daily output goals
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Adhere to all safety and quality procedures
