About The Position

In this role, you will impact the overall quality and efficiency of manufacturing processes by helping deliver high-quality aerospace products that meet customer expectations and regulatory requirements. You will assemble aerospace components and systems, conduct functional and performance testing, and identify and report defects or other issues for resolution with engineering teams.

Requirements

Experience in aerospace assembly and testing processes, with a strong understanding of quality standards and safety protocols.
Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings, schematics, and work instructions.
Hands-on skills with test equipment and tools used in assembly and testing environments.
Knowledge of standard aerospace manufacturing tools and test instrumentation.
Must meet the U.S. person requirement: be a U.S. citizen, U.S. permanent resident, or have protected status in the U.S. under asylum or refugee status.
Applicants for DOT/FAA safety-sensitive positions must submit to a pre-employment drug test.

Nice To Haves

High school diploma or equivalent; technical certifications related to aerospace manufacturing are a plus.
Previous experience in aerospace or related manufacturing industries.
Attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Familiarity with safety and quality management systems such as AS9100.
Ability to follow strict procedures and maintain accurate documentation.

Responsibilities

Assemble aerospace components and systems according to detailed work instructions and blueprints.
Conduct functional and performance testing on assembled products to verify compliance with specifications.
Identify and report defects or issues during assembly and testing, and work with engineering teams to resolve them.
