About The Position

As an Assembly & Test Tech - Level 2 at Honeywell Aerospace, you will assemble and test components and systems to ensure they meet quality and performance standards. The role contributes to product efficiency and reliability, operational success, and customer satisfaction through high-quality assembly and testing processes. You will report to the ISC Production Supervisor and work onsite in Tempe, Arizona.

Requirements

• Experience in assembly and testing processes in a manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency in safely and effectively using hand tools and equipment.
• Strong troubleshooting skills to diagnose and resolve assembly issues.
• Ability to accurately interpret technical documents and blueprints.
• Basic computer skills for data entry and reporting.
• Must be a U.S. Person: a U.S. citizen, U.S. permanent resident, or person with protected status in the U.S. under asylum or refugee status.

Nice To Haves

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–3 years of experience in assembly and testing roles.
• Detail-oriented approach focused on quality and accuracy.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Familiarity with safety protocols and best practices in manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Assemble components and systems according to specifications and quality standards.
• Test and troubleshoot assembled products to ensure functionality.
• Document assembly and testing processes and maintain accurate quality assurance records.
