About The Position

As an Assembly & Test Tech - Level 2 at Honeywell Aerospace, you will assemble and test components and systems to ensure they meet quality and performance standards. The role reports directly to the ISC Production Supervisor and is based onsite in Tempe, Arizona. Your work will contribute to product efficiency and reliability, operational success, and customer satisfaction through high-quality assembly and testing processes. Candidates must meet U.S. Person requirements due to U.S. export control laws and regulations. A U.S. Person is defined here as a U.S. citizen, a U.S. permanent resident, or a person with protected status in the U.S. under asylum or refugee status.

Requirements

Experience in assembly and testing processes within a manufacturing environment.
Proficiency in using hand tools and equipment safely and effectively.
Strong troubleshooting skills to diagnose and resolve assembly issues.
Ability to interpret technical documents and blueprints accurately.
Basic computer skills for data entry and reporting.
Must qualify as a U.S. Person under the stated U.S. export control requirements.

Nice To Haves

High school diploma or equivalent.
1–3 years of experience in assembly and testing roles.
