About The Position
As an Assembly & Test Tech - Level 2 at Honeywell Aerospace, you will assemble and test components and systems to ensure they meet quality and performance standards. You will contribute to product efficiency and reliability, operational success, and customer satisfaction through high-quality assembly and testing processes. The role reports directly to the ISC Production Supervisor and is based onsite in Tempe, Arizona.
Requirements
- Experience in assembly and testing processes within a manufacturing environment.
- Proficiency in using hand tools and equipment safely and effectively.
- Strong troubleshooting skills to diagnose and resolve assembly issues.
- Ability to interpret technical documents and blueprints accurately.
- Basic computer skills for data entry and reporting.
- U.S. Person status, defined as a U.S. citizen, U.S. permanent resident, or person with protected status in the U.S. under asylum or refugee status, due to export control compliance.
Nice To Haves
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 1–3 years of experience in assembly and testing roles.
- Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on quality and accuracy.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Familiarity with safety protocols and best practices in a manufacturing setting.
Responsibilities
- Assemble components and systems according to specifications and quality standards.
- Test and troubleshoot assembled products to ensure functionality.
- Document assembly and testing processes and maintain accurate quality assurance records.
