About The Position

The Assembly & Test Tech performs assembly and testing of aerospace components and systems according to detailed work instructions and quality standards. The role contributes to production quality and efficiency and supports the reliability and compliance of aerospace products. Responsibilities also include troubleshooting assembly and test issues and documenting results to support quality assurance and continuous improvement.

Requirements

Proven experience in aerospace assembly and testing, with strong attention to detail and quality standards.
Knowledge of aerospace manufacturing processes and testing equipment to ensure compliance with specifications.
Proficiency in interpreting technical drawings, schematics, and work instructions relevant to assembly and testing.
Experience with electronic and mechanical testing tools and the ability to perform functional and diagnostic tests.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Ability to adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Nice To Haves

Associate degree or technical certification in aerospace technology, electronics, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in aerospace assembly and test roles, preferably in a Level 4 capacity.
Familiarity with quality management systems and continuous improvement methodologies.
