About The Position

This role involves following manufacturing methods to perform job tasks safely under the direction of supervisors, group leaders, or experienced associates. The operator will often work with a partner, maintain a clean work area, and operate a test bench. Key responsibilities include loading test data, verifying test results, performing final assembly and painting of pumps, logging serial numbers, and communicating shipping readiness to planning and order management. The position also requires adherence to company compliance requirements and contributing to the quality management system.

Requirements

High school or as deemed sufficient by management
Ability to read and interpret routine instructions
Use of ERP system
Basic computer skills
Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations
Ability to operate material moving equipment – overhead crane
At least 2 years work experience in the area, or as deemed sufficient by management

Responsibilities

Follow manufacturing methods to perform normal job tasks in a safe manner under the direction of the supervisor, group leader or experienced associates in the area.
Work with a partner in most cases.
Perform general clean up to keep work area clean and organized.
Operate test bench and load test data in the system.
Verify test results and promote part to final assembly and paint.
Perform final assembly and Paint for final pump.
Log the serial numbers for assembly and communicate with Planning and Order management the readiness for shipping.
Follows Company’s Compliance requirements.
Maintains and improves the quality management system.
Assume other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
