About The Position

The assembly technician is responsible for the design, development, and manufacture of packaging for company products. This individual will also track and maintain package databases and records.

Requirements

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work with hands at high/fact-pace volume.
• Ability to acquire a Facility Agent Card through the State.

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience working in a packaging facility is preferred.
• Flexible scheduling with the ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Putting together packaging of all pre-weighed products.
• Ensuring that products are damage-free before the packaging process.
• Ensuring all packages have proper labels.
• Counting and tracking package inventory.
• Maintaining an organized and sanitary work environment.
• Maintaining a database of packages and other necessary records.
