The Assembler I will be responsible for achieving daily production goals with focus on safety, quality, delivery, inventory, and productivity. This role will be responsible for assembling Low Voltage Assemblies. They will execute all required tasks including, but not limited to allocation of materials, preparation of raw material, assembly, electrical testing and preparation of finished product for shipment. They will work with a team and flex in all areas of the assembly operation as needed including Lean Line operations such as can prep, tape, bridge joint build, print paperwork and labels, brush testing, final test, and assembly. Flex Line and PowerWave2 assembly operations. Use fixtures, gauges, and various assembly tools to assemble, adjust, or repair components. Operate layout, drilling, sawing, punching, riveting, caulking, and painting tools/materials as needed. Read and interpret electrical and mechanical drawings to perform tasks accurately. Follow standard operating procedures, method sheets, and supervisor instructions (written or verbal). Retrieve and stage materials for production; support assembly line operations as needed. Apply required identification labels and prepare finished assemblies for shipment or storage. Conduct visual inspections of materials and completed assemblies; perform quality checks to ensure products meet specifications. Adhere to all safety policies, procedures, and WSRA requirements.
