About The Position

The Assembler position is responsible for assembling products according to engineering specifications and company policies. This role requires adherence to department goals, objectives, and strategy, and maintaining positive morale among employees. The assembler will put together sub-assemblies and complete assemblies from wash to final assembly, ensuring parts have the correct fit and function before assembly. A clean and safe work environment must be maintained, and production records kept up to date. The ability to use measuring tools such as calipers and micrometers is also necessary.

Requirements

• Experienced working as an assembler or equivalent
• High analytical ability, good judgment, and strong operational focus
• Well organized and self-directed
• Able to relate to people at all levels of the organization in a positive fashion
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; working knowledge of computer applications
• S&S Product knowledge
• Must comply with safety and PPE standards, including but not limited to safety glasses, hearing protection, and safety toed shoes

Nice To Haves

• Flexible, energetic, forward-thinking, and creative with high moral and ethical standards
• Minimum of 1 year experience preferred in related field
