About The Position

FieldBridge Energy is seeking an Oklahoma City, Oklahoma-based Assembler to build and test pressure control equipment used to keep oil and gas wells safe. The role involves hands-on work with machined steel components, valves, and fittings. Assembly experience is preferred but not required; hands-on tool experience in manufacturing, construction, mechanical, or industrial settings is also welcome. The regular schedule is Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Overtime may be required based on business needs, including weekday shifts starting at 5:00 a.m. and Saturday work from 5:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. The pay rate is $18.50 per hour, with weekly pay every Friday. The posting gives an example of gross weekly pay of $1,017.50 for 50 hours worked. Steel-toed boots are required; other personal protective equipment is provided.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED.
0–3 years of relevant experience; assembly experience is preferred.
Hands-on experience with hand and power tools in manufacturing, construction, mechanical, or industrial settings.
Ability to read blueprints.
Own steel-toed boots; all other personal protective equipment is provided.
Availability for overtime, including Saturdays.

Responsibilities

Assemble components across all product lines using the correct tools and fixtures.
Test assembled products and troubleshoot problems identified during assembly and testing.
Read blueprints, identify components, and set tolerances on mechanical parts and assemblies.
Use hand tools, power tools, and rework techniques.
Create labor records for all transactions and support continuous improvement.
