Requirements

  • Must be able to read electrical drawings.
  • Have a basic knowledge of tools & machinery such as, cut-off saw, drill press, automated tapping machine, grinder, hand tools, etc.
  • Must be able to pass a drug test and background check.
  • Utilize good communication skills and present yourself in a professional manner.
  • To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
  • Individual must be a team player.
  • Must promote goodwill both internally and externally, inter-departmentally.
  • Maintain all company owned assets and equipment as if your own.
  • Must be able to work with a wide variety of people and personalities.
  • High school graduate, associate degree, or some college preferred, and/or one-year related experience or training. Experience in lieu of education is acceptable.
  • Individuals must complete training courses as required by the company to ensure they have proper product knowledge.
  • Develop a working knowledge of the industries we serve.
  • Must be over the age of 18 for this position; if driving is required, must be over the age of 21.

Responsibilities

  • Create, build, test and install panels.
  • Build electrical panels to UL508A specification.
  • Build pneumatic assemblies to MFCP’s standards & drawing specifications.
  • Assemble per instructions or drawings, test and label as required.
  • Manage appropriate documentation of projects.
  • Assist with IPS builds and installations.
  • Maintain a clean and organized area.
  • Make sure appropriate paperwork is filled out, as instructed.
