About The Position

Genesis Manufacturing & Distribution, L.L.C. manufactures plastic components used in medical research, clinical diagnostic, and biotech environments. Its 24-hour facility uses injection molding machines to produce high-quality products. Bioplast is hiring full-time Assembly Packers; injection molding experience is a plus. The role involves maintaining a clean workplace and production equipment, basic machine troubleshooting, packaging products, and supporting automated assembly lines. The position requires standing throughout an 8-hour shift and lifting up to 30 pounds.

Requirements

• High school diploma.
• Ability to lift 30 pounds.
• Ability to stand throughout an entire 8-hour shift.

Nice To Haves

• Injection molding experience.
• Familiarity with a manufacturing facility.
• Basic machine maintenance and troubleshooting knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Perform cleaning and general maintenance of machines and the workplace.
• Carry out minor or basic machine troubleshooting.
• Bag, shrink-wrap, and package products as required.
• Work with assembly automation and robotics to keep the product line moving.
• Perform other related duties as required.
