About The Position

The Assembly Potting Operator performs a wide variety of electrical and mechanical product assembly operations on components, assemblies, or subassemblies. The role prepares assembly work by reviewing production work orders, manufacturing and process specifications, engineering drawings, and schematics; works with masking and unmasking materials; and performs conformal coating and potting. The position is full-time and permanent, on site, with first- and second-shift schedules available Monday through Friday. Overtime and weekend work may be required. Applicants must be U.S. citizens or lawful permanent residents because the facility is ITAR-controlled. Employment eligibility will be verified through E-Verify.

Requirements

Ability to work well under pressure.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience working with chemicals and solvents in a manufacturing or assembly environment.
Flexibility and adaptability to changing requirements and priorities.
Ability to effectively problem solve.
Must be a U.S. citizen or lawful permanent resident.

Nice To Haves

One year of soldering or potting experience in a manufacturing environment.
