About The Position
The Assembly Operator assembles components or products according to specifications at Donaldson’s Dixon, Illinois location. This is a second-shift position scheduled Monday through Thursday, 2:00 p.m. to 12:00 a.m. The role involves following work instructions, inspecting finished products, safely operating tools and equipment, and keeping the work area clean and organized. The hourly rate is $19.67 plus a shift premium. The position is eligible for an annual incentive plan based on performance and company growth.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
- Previous experience in assembly.
- Ability to read and understand work instructions.
- Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
- Basic math and measurement skills.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without current or future immigration sponsorship.
Nice To Haves
- Manufacturing experience.
- Familiarity with basic hand tools.
Responsibilities
