Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent experience
  • Experience in manufacturing, assembly, or production environments preferred
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and excellent manual dexterity
  • Ability to read measurements and perform basic math calculations
  • Ability to interpret drawings and process specifications
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
  • Good communication skills at all levels
  • Ability to stand for up to 10 hours per day
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally
  • Ability to handle small parts, tools, and machinery with precision

Nice To Haves

  • Experience working with small precision parts (under 1.5 inches)
  • Experience operating production machinery or cutting equipment
  • Prior experience in high-volume manufacturing environments

Responsibilities

  • Perform pre-assembly operations and accurately assemble components
  • Read and interpret process specifications, routers, and technical drawings
  • Set up and operate equipment such as lead cutting machines
  • Cut leads and wrapping tape to specification
  • Inspect, document, and ensure product quality standards are met
  • Manage your own workflow and prioritize tasks effectively
