About The Position

Pentair is seeking an Assembly Operator for their Delavan, WI team. In this role, you will perform required operations to assemble, test, and package various types of utility, sump, sewage, and effluent pumps. You will be part of a team dedicated to sustainable water solutions, contributing to a better world for people and the planet.

Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of recent manufacturing experience
• Ability to stand, walk, twist at the waist, lift, and lower weights up to 40lbs
• Steel toed shoes are required on the distribution floor.
• Attention to detail
• Ability to work in a teamwork environment

Responsibilities

• Perform assembly operations including oil fill, electrical connections, and decal application to produce a variety of utility type pumps.
• Administer high pot and unit performance tests according to predetermined standards.
• Perform final packaging operations.
• Perform in-process quality checks and correct non-conformances.
