About The Position

An Assembler manually builds Intralox conveyor belts according to customer orders in a fast-paced, teamwork-focused environment. This full-time position works the first shift, Monday through Friday, in an air-conditioned, state-of-the-art manufacturing facility. The role must be performed at the facility. Overtime and weekend work may be required. Selected candidates must successfully pass drug, background, and physical screenings.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Stable work history.
• Good hand/eye coordination and attention to detail.
• Basic math and communication skills.
• Ability to perform the essential job functions, including lifting and carrying 35 pounds.
• Ability to stand for extended periods.
• Ability to work at the facility.
• Ability and willingness to work overtime and weekends as required.

Nice To Haves

• Previous work experience in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Assemble plastic modules into conveyor belts according to customer orders.
• Follow all safety procedures and policies.
• Meet the minimum productivity requirement for the work lane.
• Perform housekeeping duties as required.
• Work overtime and weekends as required.
• Follow the Assembly department's attendance policy.
• Exhibit teamwork and self-management practices.
