About The Position

Optikos is seeking a talented and enthusiastic Assembler to join our exceptional optical systems manufacturing group. You will support Optikos' standard product builds and a wide range of design projects—from medical diagnostics to defense system testing and virtual reality applications, to name a few. Whatever you’re tasked with, be prepared to join a fast-paced team and continually challenge yourself to think outside the box, troubleshoot issues, and thoroughly understand your equipment, processes, and procedures. Requirements

Minimum of 2 years of experience in mechanical assembly with great attention to detail.
Ability to read work instructions and assembly drawings.
Experience with bonding, gluing, and UV epoxy application for small parts.
Skilled in handling small components and working under a microscope.
Basic computer skills – Email, MS Word, MS Excel.
