About The Position

This role involves performing basic assembly tasks for millwork products, including fastening, gluing, and cutting components. The Assembler will use hand tools and small power tools, following written and verbal instructions, work orders, and diagrams to complete assigned tasks. A key part of the role is quality control, checking components and finished products for defects and reporting any issues. Safety is paramount, requiring adherence to all safety protocols and the use of PPE, as well as maintaining a clean and organized work area. Collaboration with team members to meet production goals and effective communication with supervisors and other departments are also essential.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to follow instructions and work within a structured process.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and familiarity with hand tools.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to read and write in English.
• Ability to stand, bend, and lift for extended periods.
• Ability to lift and move items weighing up to 50 pounds.

Nice To Haves

• No prior assembly experience necessary; training will be provided.
• Previous experience in manufacturing, construction, or related fields is a plus.
