About The Position

We are seeking a motivated Assembler to join our team. This role involves performing basic assembly tasks, ensuring quality control, adhering to safety protocols, and collaborating with team members to meet production goals. While no prior experience is necessary as training will be provided, a high school diploma or equivalent is required. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, basic mechanical aptitude, and the ability to follow instructions.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to follow instructions and work within a structured process.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and familiarity with hand tools.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to read and write in English
• Ability to stand, bend, and lift for extended periods.
• Ability to lift and move items weighing up to 50 pounds.

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience in manufacturing, construction, or related fields is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform basic assembly tasks such as fastening, gluing, or cutting components.
• Use hand tools and small power tools to assemble millwork products.
• Follow written and verbal instructions, including work orders and diagrams, to complete assigned tasks.
• Check components and finished products for defects or inconsistencies.
• Notify supervisors of any quality issues or assembly challenges.
• Follow all safety protocols and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Maintain a clean and organized work area to minimize hazards.
• Work closely with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and other departments to resolve assembly issues.
