i2Systems is seeking motivated, mechanically inclined individuals interested in beginning a career in technical manufacturing and assembly. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates of a four-year technical high school program or a two-year postsecondary technical, trade, or vocational program who are looking to apply their hands-on skills in a manufacturing environment. Prior manufacturing experience is not required. We are looking for candidates with a strong technical foundation, mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn. In this role, you will perform hands-on assembly of components by following written and verbal work instructions. Assemblers work as part of a production team, with each team member completing specific steps in the assembly process. You will begin by learning a position within a specific product line and, as your skills develop, receive training on additional assembly processes and product lines. This position provides an opportunity to build practical manufacturing experience while developing skills in mechanical assembly, electrical components, tools, equipment, quality, and production processes.
