About The Position

Republic Doors and Frames, part of Allegion, is hiring an Assembler for second shift in McKenzie, Tennessee. The Assembler produces steel doors by gathering and preparing parts and tools, then assembling components such as skins, cores, panels, and hardware preparations according to instructions. The role includes quality checks, resolving assembly issues, notifying a frontline leader or supervisor when additional resources are needed, and supporting continuous improvement. Assemblers work under minimal supervision and collaborate with teammates to meet production schedules in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Training and development are available; prior manufacturing experience is preferred but not required. Starting pay is $18.44 per hour, plus a $0.75-per-hour shift differential.
