About The Position

Responsible for assembling electronic components and sub-assemblies according to specifications, ensuring quality and efficiency in a manufacturing environment.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to read and interpret basic assembly instructions and diagrams.
• Strong manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination.
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds.

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience in a manufacturing or assembly environment preferred.
• Basic understanding of electronic components is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform repetitive assembly operations to produce electronic components, sub-assemblies, and final products.
• Read and interpret assembly drawings, diagrams, work instructions, and specifications.
• Utilize hand tools, power tools, and fixtures to assemble parts accurately and efficiently.
• Inspect components and assembled products for defects and ensure adherence to quality standards.
• Identify and report any discrepancies in parts, materials, or assembly processes.
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation.
• Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives as required.
• May perform other duties as assigned.
