About The Position

The Assembler works in the general assembly process and may be assigned to any station during the workday based on staffing and production demands. Employees may rotate among workstations or be assigned to a specific workstation according to their experience, training, and skill level. The role involves following assembly instructions, inspecting work, conducting quality checks and tests, and using applicable tools while maintaining safety, quality, and production standards. This is an onsite position, five days per week.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Good verbal communication skills.
• Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Ability to work in a team setting and demonstrate a positive work attitude.
• Ability to keep up with high volume in a fast-moving environment.

Responsibilities

• Locate, learn, and understand assembly procedures, drawings, and standard work instructions.
• Verify and inspect work according to standard work.
• Perform quality checks and tests.
• Use power, pneumatic, Smart torque, and hand tools where applicable.
• Follow work and safety rules and help maintain a safe, clean, and organized workplace.
• Contribute to continuous improvement by actively sharing ideas.
• Resolve problems at the lowest level possible and identify possible solutions when communicating problems.
• Cooperate with the company to raise environmental, health, and safety standards for yourself and coworkers.
• Respond to internal and external customer needs and establish measurements around those needs.
• Support the company’s vision, business goals, values, and priorities for safety, quality, delivery, and cost.
