About The Position

The Assembler will be responsible for assembling products according to engineering specifications and company policies. This role requires a thorough understanding of department goals and strategy, maintaining positive morale, and assembling sub-assemblies and complete assemblies from wash to final assembly. The position also involves examining parts for correct fit and function, maintaining production records, and using measuring tools.

Requirements

• Experienced working as an assembler or equivalent
• High analytical ability, good judgment, and strong operational focus
• Well organized and self-directed
• Able to relate to people at all levels of the organization in a positive fashion
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; working knowledge of computer applications
• S&S Product knowledge
• Must comply with safety and PPE standards, including but not limited to safety glasses, hearing protection, and safety toed shoes

Nice To Haves

• Flexible, energetic, forward-thinking, and creative with high moral and ethical standards
• Minimum of 1 year experience preferred in related field
