About The Position
Allredi is seeking a dedicated, detail-oriented Assembler to join its Davenport manufacturing team, which supports the company’s growth across North America. Previous assembly experience is a plus, and the company seeks someone eager to learn and grow with the business. The role works day shift, with some evenings and weekends required to meet business goals. The position is permanent and full-time.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED.
- Great attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Mechanical aptitude.
- Ability to work well with others or independently.
- Ability to lift up to 70 pounds.
- Reliability and punctuality.
- Good communication skills.
- Basic understanding of and demonstrated ability to operate a wide variety of tools and measuring devices.
Nice To Haves
- One year of manufacturing assembly experience is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Prepare parts for assembly.
- Assemble abrasive blast equipment and parts.
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment in line with company policies.
- Contribute to the team effort by completing related tasks and achieving results as needed.
