About The Position

Conax Technologies is seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Assembler for its manufacturing team in Tempe, Arizona. The company manufactures temperature sensors, compression seal fittings, and cable and harness assemblies for industries around the world. This role involves assembling parts through hand-threading wires and operating associated production machines, while following technical instructions, safety procedures, and quality requirements. The position works Monday through Thursday, 5:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.

The successful candidate must be eligible for employment in the United States and meet U.S. export control requirements, including ITAR/EAR eligibility, to access regulated technical data. Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Basic math skills.
• Ability to read and comprehend work instructions.
• Proficiency using computer-based applications.
• Must be eligible for employment in the United States and meet ITAR requirements to access technology subject to U.S. export control regulations.

Responsibilities

• Produce parts by threading wires by hand and operating associated machines during the production process.
• Work in a safe and responsible manner.
• Follow technical instructions and use appropriate methods and tools to assemble parts.
• Interpret blueprints and technical terms to assemble parts to the required specifications.
• Ensure parts and materials used in production meet quality requirements.
• Follow company procedures and directives.
• Communicate regularly with teammates and supervisors about assembly orders and issues.
• Maintain the tools used to create products.
