About The Position

The Assembler is responsible for the precise assembly of electronic components and systems, adhering to established quality standards and production schedules. This role requires attention to detail and the ability to work effectively in a manufacturing environment.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a manufacturing or assembly environment
• Ability to read and understand basic assembly instructions and diagrams.
• Good manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
• Basic understanding of quality control principles.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Perform repetitive assembly operations to produce subassemblies or finished products.
• Read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and work instructions to ensure accurate assembly.
• Utilize hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment to assemble components.
• Inspect components and completed assemblies for defects and ensure adherence to quality specifications.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, following all safety protocols.
• Report any issues with parts, tools, equipment, or processes to a supervisor.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and training as required.
• Meet daily production targets and contribute to overall team productivity.
