About The Position

Assembler Full-time Mansfield, TX Exclusive confidential search — details shared with qualified applicants. Become a Key Player as a Hose Assembler You will produce and test hose assemblies to meet quality and productivity targets, supporting the value stream and downstream customers. You will work onsite on the 2nd shift (3:30 PM – 11:30 PM), Monday–Friday, with mandatory overtime and close coordination with the Value Stream Team Lead and maintenance.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Ability to complete on-the-job training (1–8 weeks, up to 10 weeks if needed)
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive manual tasks (lifting, pushing, pulling, reaching, bending, twisting, squatting)
  • Basic computer skills and ability to read/process set-up sheets and drawings
  • Attention to detail and ability to monitor machine sounds and product quality
  • Good verbal and interpersonal communication and sound decision-making

Nice To Haves

  • Prior production or manufacturing experience
  • Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing and 5S practices

Responsibilities

  • Safely operate hose assembly equipment and follow established quality and productivity standards
  • Select proper tooling and crimp dimensions using set-up sheets and drawings
  • Pull components, inspect tubing/hose, and verify dimensions against drawings and crimp requirements
  • Perform pressure testing of hose assemblies and complete production reports and labels
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and adhere to 5S/Lean practices to keep the work area clean and orderly
  • Detect, report, and escalate process or product issues to the Value Stream Team Lead
  • Participate in peer-based teams and continuous improvement activities
